Members of the Jamaican Government partied, popping bottles of champagne and toasting to Showa labourites on a designated no movement day. Jamaica’s Prime Minister Andrew Holness must be an embarrassed man when learning that member of his cabinet, a councillor in his political party and several others paid by taxpayers were celebrating and making a mockery of the instructions given by his administration.
Thousands of social media participants lambasted the minister and the Holness admin for putting the country on lockdown while it’s own members mock the law.
Over 100 children in Westmoreland are now infected with the virus, the govt had to postpone the second pfizer shot because of unavailability and hospitals are buckling under the pressure of not having the necessary supplies to deal with the pandemic.
The minster in question is a member of parliament in Saint Elizabeth. Sources to Accompong News are saying that the prime minister and the health minister are to visit the constituency of the minister seen in the video raising glass to being able to party on no movement day.
The Jamaican govt’s moral authority has been shattered by the display or arrogance, recklessness by it’s members.
In several countries politicians have had to resign for less irresponsibility.
